What you need to know before subscribing
GST
All prices are in AUD and exclude GST. GST will be added to Australian invoices once GST registration is confirmed.
Billing frequency
Lite and Company are billed monthly in advance in Australian dollars. Your billing date is the day you start your paid subscription, and renews on the same day each month.
Free trial
Lite and Company include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues on the plan you selected and the first monthly payment is taken. Enterprise plans are quoted and do not include a self-serve trial.
User and usage limits
- Lite: 1 workspace, 1 user, 40 active jobs, 5 GB file storage, no AI take-off.
- Company: up to 10 users, 400 active jobs, 50 GB file storage, and 25 AI-assisted take-off runs per month.
- Enterprise: limits are agreed in your order form and configured per account.
We do not advertise unlimited usage. Every limit above is enforced by the platform, and you will see a clear message in the application when you are approaching one.
Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrading takes effect immediately and the price difference is charged pro rata for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period so you keep the features you have paid for. If your usage exceeds the lower plan’s limits, you will be asked to reduce usage before the downgrade completes.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future billing. Your workspace stays fully accessible until the end of the paid billing period, then moves to read-only access so you can export your data.
Data access after cancellation
Your data is not deleted when you cancel. You retain read-only access and data export for 60 days after the paid period ends. After that, data is scheduled for deletion in line with the Privacy Policy.
Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are not refundable for partial months. Nothing in our pricing limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See the Refund Policy.
AI usage
AI-assisted take-off is included with Company within the monthly run limit above. Additional runs may attract a disclosed per-run charge, which you must approve in the application before it applies. AI output assists your judgment and must be verified — see the Terms and Conditions.
Enterprise onboarding
Enterprise implementations are scoped individually and may include data migration, dedicated onboarding, custom reporting, training and service-level arrangements. Contact us for a written quotation.
