Xero-ready invoicing

Invoices in FloorOps are structured for Australian accounting: GST handling, tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive totals, customer references and purchase order numbers. Invoice data can be exported for entry into Xero.

Status: in development. A direct, authorised Xero connection is on the roadmap. Until it is released, FloorOps does not automatically push invoices into Xero, and we do not claim a live Xero integration. FloorOps is not affiliated with or endorsed by Xero.

Supplier and product information

Your product library is yours. You enter the products, colours, roll widths, pack coverages, cost prices and sell prices that apply to your business, and only your workspace can see them. Supplier price lists, trade discounts and margins are never shared with other FloorOps customers.

FloorOps supports the flooring product types commonly supplied in Australia — broadloom carpet, carpet tiles, sheet and safety vinyl, vinyl plank and tile, hybrid, laminate and timber — including their accessories, adhesives, underlays and trims.

Customer documents

Quotes and invoices are produced as branded PDF documents and shared with your customers through secure links. Customers do not need a FloorOps account to view or accept a quote.

Data export

You can export your customer, job, quote and invoice data at any time while your subscription is active, and for a period after cancellation. See the pricing page and Privacy Policy for details.
